High-pressure oil is a fundamental part of hydraulic systems, which use pressurized fluid to create movement and force. These systems are used in many industrial machines like hydraulic presses, cranes, and injection molding machines. The oil moves through a high pressure pump to different parts of the system, like cylinders or motors. As oil flows through the pump, it picks up lower micron dirt and metal debris. This dirty oil can damage sensitive parts of the system and also harm its efficiency.
A pressure line filter is placed in the hydraulic system, usually right after the pump, where the fluid is under high pressure. The aim of using this element is to trap dirt before it enters the system. They are made by using high quality steel material to withstand higher working pressure and temperature. They are designed to trap even smaller dust particles coming from pumped oil to make it more refined.
By removing dirt and debris, pressure line filters protect critical components, such as cylinders and motors, from damage. This protection extends the lifespan of the machinery and reduces maintenance costs.
Dirty oil can reduce the efficiency of systems. These elements ensure the oil remains clean, allowing the system to operate efficiently.
Due to their rigid construction, they are capable enough to perform under high pressures and temperatures.
These cartridges are designed to capture even the smallest particles, making the oil more refined.
